There can be serious variances in drops, sometimes you might get lucky several times in a short period of time, sometimes it can take very long between drops.

If you have 1200 or more blood shard cap, you can get primals with that character. The drop rate is really low. (estimates put it at either 1/400 or 1/500 if it’s a nice round number… it could be anywhere in that ballpark if they went weird, like 1/437 or whatever) Note that that 1/400 is Legendary (or Set) drops, not all drops.
