How to check mail in diablo 3

Go to log onto my DH (about 98% until completely geared GoD Hungering Arrow set around 1000 ranked solo) I see the character selection screen and I appear naked. Open up my game and this kid sold EVERYTHING. Stash, equipped items, gems, materials…. I’m actually heartbroken.

If you had in game mail it would have appeared in the bottom left corner next to the chat button. Better luck with season 3
The icon to access mail is not there. Which means it expired. I just completed the first chapter for Season reward, I did not receive any items for completing the first chapter. There is no reward for completing chapter 1, only chapters 2, 3, …
The following information can be used to help locate an account: A CD key used on the account (game or expansion) First and last name of account owner. Any email addresses that may have been used on the account. BattleTag. Order IDs for purchases made on the account.
To verify if this was your problem: Log in on the receiving character; Open your friends list and click on the “Ignore” tab; Check your ignore list for anyone who may be sending you mail; Remove the name from the list; Check your in-game mail. If you have removed the correct name from your ignore list, the mail should be available in the inbox.
It appears all my friends are listed, and the ones not greyed out with portraits next to them have the game. I guess you can just send them something – I never bothered though. I wish there was an easier way to see which friend was using which character, so that you can send them an appropriate piece of equipment.

Sort by: best. level 1. · 7 yr. ago· edited 7 yr. ago. yes there is, but it’s only used one-way between blizzard and you. it’s used for special items (wings/cosmetic pets) and end-of-season transfers. it’s just a UI element, there’s no NPC to interact with or anything like that. 2.
Go to the DProgress and search for the Battletag name of the users battletag (you can’t search for the character and there is no site where you can do that) and you will either be instantly redirected to the right user or you recieve a list of users with a similar name.
