All of this, also if you save an outfit with the body armor shown then it will save the outfit with the body armor on. The outfit will then always show the body armor unless you go into the interaction menu and turn show body armor off. Edited June 23, 2017 by Starkoji

The little blue bar next to your health bar is your armor, you don’t actually wear the armor like an item of clothing….

Having to press the select/back button then go to inventory. Select body armor and then select the type then backing out is alot and can wind up getting you killed in heist or missions why not add it to the weapon wheel or have a option to automatically equip another when its used up.

If u are low level u can´t hold that many heavy armors so I advice u not to waste them unless u need them 🙂 Since rockstar gave 10 of all to everyone. Here´s another tip doh, when eating snacks take cover to skip the animation and get the health immediatly.

If you mean the regular body armor, its in the interation menu. Either under inventory or style. “Show Body Armor” is the option. You can “wear” any level of armor you like, but you’ll only have the protection of the level you can actually buy. You will have the body armor on even if you don’t have any armor left. It is only cosmetic.

To have ten of every armor, as far as I know, you have to first make sure you’ve reached the rank of 140 that maxes out the limit of body armor to 10. Then you have to wait for one of those days where Rockstar gifts you 10 of each type of armor in your inventory (most recently this past December). Haven’t seen it happen otherwise.
