How to lower tow truck gta 5 pc

How the heck do you lower your tow truck crane in GTA 5 PC??? I’m at the freaks mission with franklin and cannot figure out how to lower the crane to tow a car….There is absolutely nothing in the key bindings that says it and I cannot progress ..Can someone help me?
