Answer (1 of 8): I’m gonna be pretty blunt here. You don’t. There is no version of GTA IV for PS4 and PS4 doesn’t play PS3 games at the moment. Basically, you won’t play GTA IV on your PS4, that’s just how it is I’m afraid.
