Re: How do I get to Act 4? When you walk or teleport to the circular platform in the lava/blood moat the bridge will rise out of the moat. The lava and flames coming from Mephisto when he dies is just flashy pyrotechnics graphics and has no other effect. I would of course recommend killing him a second time, it’s good loot to be had if nothing else.
