The game only shows up in the top left corner of the preview and stream but yet I am playing the game on fullscreen. I have the most updated version of OBS. I also put -w and -noaspectfix in the target command line and have tried it without it. Nothing gets it to stream properly. I have seen others streaming it fullscreen windowed mode no problem.

Window Capturing definitely does work using the method Kharay just described. Create a shortcut to D2 on your desktop, right click the shortcut and select properties, add -window to the end of the target line and you’re good to go. K.
