It really depends on your build. I’ve traditionally started Hell diff at around 70. The key I think is to make sure you have good Resistances and Defense and a reliable way to recover health and mana quickly (Life and Mana Steal per hit is ideal). Its all about survivability in Hell.

I tend to enter around lvl 70. With 75% LR, FR and at least 50% CR. Poison Resist, I don’t care about. 800+ Life are desirable, too. Block depends on the build.
