The Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo will be appearing in five-star raids from Friday, July 16, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, July 23, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Mewtwo! Different Pokémon will also be appearing in five-star raids on the second day of Pokémon GO Fest 2021, so keep a lookout!

Armored Mewtwo Coming Back To Pokemon Go. Pokemon Day 2020 is on February 27th this year, and Niantics decision to bring back Armored Mewtwo has a lot of people excited. This release will coincide with the release of Pokemon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution on Netflix. Clone Pokemon will also be returning to Pokemon Go during this time.
The most recent Pokémon GO event that featured Mewtwo was the Pokémon GO Tour: Kanto Event. It was held on a Saturday, February 20, from 9:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the evening. It featured 100 Pokémon from the Kanto Region, including Mewtwo. Mewtwo was one of the Raid Bosses during the event and even then was pretty rare.
