In order to complete 100% of the game, you must get serviced by a prostitute. The problem is, I can’t seem to find any. The one time I did a message came up on the screen stating something to the effect, “You cannot pickup a prostitute in this vehicle”.

You can find them when you go to the marked places on the map above. If you didn’t see the prostitutes when you passed the marked points before, there is a logical reason for that. The prostitutes in GTA Online only work in the evening, you cannot see them during the day. You can have some fun with a certain amount, but please don’t scare them.
