Why does roblox not let me buy robux

JA. Jack_9. Replied on July 5, 2021. Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn’t work! I did that and whenever it finished loading… It said “Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said “Your Payment has been canceled.” It didn’t take my money away or anything.
